• When sending your photographic equipment to us be sure to attach a note outlining the problem(s) you are experiencing. 

• The shipper will be responsible for the costs of delivery and delivery insurance. We are not responsible for losses or damage incurred during transit to and from COMPUTECH CAMERA REPAIR.

Repair Turn Around Time
Generally we can estimate your camera within 48 hours of receiving it.  Our average repair turnaround time is two weeks depending on the difficulty of the job and the parts required.  Refused estimates can either be disposed of on-site at no cost or mailed back to you.  A shipping cost will be charged

The estimate will detail the labor and parts required to perform the repair. However, sometimes the initial cost of parts or the magnitude of the repair will change.  In this case we will re-estimate the repair and you will again have the option to refuse the repair of your camera.

Equipment Beyond Repair
Badly damaged equipment will sometimes be either impossible to repair or not economical to repair.  We can either dispose of this equipment for you at no cost, or mail the equipment back to you.  A shipping cost will be charged.
