Service Request:   We always perform an estimate on your equipment before repairing it, giving you right of refusal.  Film and digital camera estimates are free, while video camera/ camcorder estimates are $30.  If you prefer, you can e-mail us before coming down to get a virtual estimate. Simply include a brief description of the problem, and sample images, if appropriate. 

We perform repairs on-site, where we have an 

extensive inventory of new and used parts

We have the right to re-estimate a repair quote if physical inspection differs from our virtual assessment.  However we will not proceed with such a re-estimate unless approved.  On film equipment, binoculars and projectors we give a ONE YEAR warranty on repair, and a 6 MONTH warranty on digital equipment, camcorders and flash units .
