Service Estimates
We will always perform an estimate on your photographic equipment before proceeding with any repairs, giving you right of refusal. Film and digital camera estimates are free, while video camera/ camcorder estimates are $30, the amount applied to your repair cost if you choose to proceed. If you prefer, you can also e-mail us before your camera arrives to receive a virtual estimate. Simply include a brief description of the problem, and sample images, if appropriate.
Computech Camera performs repairs on-site, where we maintain an extensive inventory of new and used camera parts.
We retain the right to re-estimate a repair quote if physical inspection differs from our virtual assessment. However we will not proceed until such a re-estimate is approved.
On film equipment, binoculars and projectors we offer a ONE YEAR warranty on repairs, and a 6 MONTH warranty on digital equipment, camcorders and flash units.
